We have a contract with you and we need to process your personal data to comply with our obligations under the contract such as booking logistics on the Pave Experience you have purchased.
In certain instances, for example for our Internship services, we will need to process your data prior to contracting to consider your suitability for an internship and therefore the potential of a to contract existing between us and you.

Submit an application for a Pave Internship.

Pave collects your data so that we can:

Consider your suitability and candidacy for an Internship opportunity with our Indian partner organisations.
Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
If you agree, Pave will share your data with our partner companies so that they may make your bookings for logistics and offer you their products and services.

When Our Company processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Storage of your data
Our Company securely stores your data at our central management system. This is securely protected and access is only given to Pave staff who process your bookings.
Our Company will keep your personal data for 6 months after the end the Pave experience. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from our records unless you specifically opt to receive information on future Pave experiences and therefore keep your details on our system.
We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
We do share your personal information with third parties and they include; accommodation sites, activity and excursion companies, internship host organisations.
Change in our lawful basis and processing
If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.
