In these Terms when referring to “You” and/or “Your” this contract is referring to the Participant and, where relevant, their sponsor.
In these Terms, the words “host organisation” refer to Indian organisations with whom You will carry out an Internship.
These Terms are the basis of a legally binding contract between Pave and You. By applying for an Internship offered through Pave, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
You should read these Terms before making payment to confirm Your participation on the Internship programme and retain a copy of these Terms for future reference.
Application process and suitability of applicants
Internship applications successfully submitted through the Pave website will go through Our multi-stage selection process of: a) application and CV review; b) telephone interview(s); and c) qualifications review.
We retain all rights to reject the application of any person We deem unsuitable against our Programme’s entry criteria at any stage of the selection process.
Where an applicant has successfully passed all stages of the selection process, an offer of place on a Pave Internship will be made within no more than 2 Weeks of the telephone interview.
The offer of place given by Pave is a conditional acceptance, ultimately subject to the Indian Host Organisation’s acceptance or rejection of the applicant upon recommendation by Pave.
Rules and Regulations
In accepting an offer of place on a Pave Internship, You are agreeing to comply with the provisions of the Regulations, Rules, Codes, Conditions and Policies of Pave as may be properly issued and pertaining to applicants and participants. The more important of these are reiterated to You as part of the formal registration process.
Please prepare appropriately for the Internship in India. You are required to attend the pre-departure briefing and induction activities prior to commencing Your Internship.
If You do not comply with the rules of Pave’s Internship, the rules of the Internship Host Organisation, or the laws of the destination to which You go, then We may release You from the Internship. In these cases, no refund will be given and You will be required to leave the provided accommodation within two days of being informed by us. This includes cases in which the Internship provider asks You to leave Your role due to underperformance or misconduct.
You will take full responsibility for Your conduct at all times during the Internship Programme. You will not act irresponsibly nor will You break the law of the country to which You go. You will not put Yourself or others in dangerous situations. If You do any of the above You will be responsible for the consequences and not hold Us liable.

This fee is in addition to any charges levied by accommodations, ground operators or airlines. No amendments are permitted to Your booking within (ten) 10 days of departure.
Fees & Surcharges
Our Internship fees are subject to variable and seasonal pricing. This standard practice within the travel industry refers to Our Internship and Experience fees varying from time to time in accordance with demand, market conditions and availability. This means Participants may have been charged a different fee on the same Internship Programme. Your best option if You like the price You see is to secure it at that time.
Any reduced pricing or discounts that may become available after You have paid Your deposit will not apply.
If You wish to cancel Your booking to book at a cheaper price, full cancellation charges and refund policies outlined in paragraphs nine (9) and ten (10) will apply. The most up-to-date pricing is available on Our website.

All Participants under the age of (eighteen) 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or in lieu of a legal guardian, by an escort over the age of (eighteen) 18, appointed by their legal guardian. The legal guardian or their designee will be responsible for the Participant under the age of (eighteen’s) 18’s day to day care. If a legal guardian elects to designate an escort in their lieu, they will be required to complete and sign a relevant document, to delegate their authority.
Maximum Age: For our Internship Programme, We have no upper age limit though We remind You that the very nature of an Internship job description is to provide entry-level experience of a professional industry or job role. Participants will therefore be considered in line with the job description to consider their ultimate suitability and fit.
We are able to provide details on mandatory health requirements; however, We are not medical experts. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You obtain proper and detailed medical advice at least (two) 2 months prior to travel for the latest health requirements and recommendations for Your destination.
Flexibility on Local Activities And Transportation
You appreciate and acknowledge that the nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and You should allow for alternatives. The details, logistics and plans provided for Your Internship Programme is representative of the types of logistics and activities contemplated, but it is understood that routes, schedules, itineraries, travel times, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.
Passport And Visa
Passport: You must carry a valid passport with two blank pages and ensure it has a minimum six (6) months validity from the Internship start date.
In most instances, We will assist You with preparing Your visa application to Your destination’s High Commission for You.
Our services however do not include (unless otherwise specified) submission of the application or the consulate fee payable to the High Commission. You are therefore required to submit in person and pay for the visa consulate/embassy fee separate to the Internship Programme fee.
In enabling us to prepare the application, You will need to provide Us with Your passport and all supporting documentation within (forty-eight) 48 hours, from the date requested.
In the event You fail to comply, Your application will be delayed, leading to circumstances where You are unable to travel in time for Your proposed Internship start date.
An additional £250.00 (GBP) administrative charge will also be applicable.

No compensation can be given for cancellation of flights or any other costs whatsoever incurred by You.
No refund of Deposit and/or Programme Fee will be offered if Your tardiness in completing the necessary visa requirements leads to start dates being delayed and Your Internship being cancelled.
If You request a re-application of any initial unsuccessful visa application, it is at Our discretion whether to assist You and if We do, it will be sufficiently deemed that a reapplication could be successful. If We agree to another attempt at assisting with Your visa application, You will pay a £150.00 (GBP) administration charge in advance, and any additional costs including but not limited to, visa consulate/embassy fees, express processing, postage and submission in person fees.
If for any reason You are issued the wrong length or type of Indian visa for an Internship Programme, We reserve the right to refuse participation. If You pursue an Internship with any incorrect visa, permit or certificate without informing Us, We are not liable for any consequences of this decision.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all Our Interns and should be taken out at the time of booking.
Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of GBP £250,000.00 for each of the categories of cover.
We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must provide Us with a copy of Your travel insurance policy and the insurance company’s 24-hour emergency contact number (thirty) 30 days before Your departure; You will not be able to join the trip without these details.
If You have travel insurance connected to Your credit card or bank account please ensure You have details of the participating insurer, the insurance policy number and emergency contact number with You rather than the bank’s name and credit card details.
Change Of Itinerary
While We make every effort to operate all Internships as described We reserve the right to change the itinerary. You can refer to Us before departure for the most recent updates to Your itinerary.
If We make a major change before departure We will inform You as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before departure. The definition of a major change is deemed to be a change affecting at least (one) 1 in (five) 5 days of the itinerary. When a major change is made You may choose between accepting the change, obtaining a refund of money paid on that portion of the Internship Programme only or accepting an alternative activity offered.
We reserve the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside of Our control. In such emergency circumstances the additional cost of any necessary itinerary alterations will be covered by You. Please note We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of the change of itinerary such as visas, vaccinations or non-refundable flights.
