Cancelling your booking


If You are a consumer and are not entering into the Contract for purposes connected with a business, then You have a legal right under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel the Contract within (fourteen) 14 days (the "Cancellation Period") without giving any reason.

The Cancellation Period will expire (fourteen) 14 days after the date of payment of the deposit.
To cancel within the Cancellation Period You must send Your cancellation request by e-mail to bookings@paveinternational.com.
Pave may Cancel the Experience on the specified dates:

i. if it unexpectedly is unable to provide the Experience for the dates specified,
Ii. An Event Out of Our Control prevents Us from providing the Experience, or
iii. with 14 days prior written notice where it determines that the number of delegates is insufficient to justify running the Experience. In such circumstances, a full refund of any Experience fee will be provided in settlement of any claim.
